چکیده
Developing biostimulants from salt-tolerant plant growth-promoting (PGP) bacteria is an emerging strategy for sustainable agriculture in the context of increasing soil salinization. This study aimed to isolate endophytic (EB) capable promoting rice seed germination and seedling growth at different NaCl concentrations. Nine EB strains were isolated two, ST.6 ST.8, with effect 99.3 99.7 %, respectively, selected identified as Pantoea dispersa Burkholderia cenocepacia, respectively. showed a higher value activity phosphatase (617 mg P ml-1), production indole-3-acetic acid (19.7 µg IAA 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic (ACC) deaminase (13.5 µmol mg−1 protein h−1), siderophore (76.3 %). Especially, seedlings inoculated strain significant improvement root length (58.95 %), shoot (16.6 dry biomass (7.0 content chlorophyll (46.2 57.1 % b, respectively), carotenoids (22.2%), proline (19.0 A decrease antioxidant enzyme activities was also observed either or ST.8 under salt stress. Furthermore, stress condition enhanced colonization roots by both studied bacteria. More experiments should be done develop efficient bio-inoculants.

The endophytic bacteria isolated from elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum Schumach) promote plant growth and enhance salt tolerance of Hybrid Pennisetum
BACKGROUND Elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum Schumach) and Hybrid Pennisetum (Pennisetum americanum × P. purpureum Schumach) are tall, fast-growing perennial C4 bunchgrasses that have been in recent developed as the most appropriate biomass feedstock in many countries for exploring various biofuel products. However, the challenges of increasing plant biomass yield and enhancing their stress ...
متن کاملOligotrophic Bacteria Enhance Algal Growth under Iron-Deficient Conditions.
A Halomonas sp., a marine halophilic and oligotrophic bacterium, was grown on exudates of Dunaliella bardawil. The bacteria increased the solubility of Fe, thereby enhancing its availability to the algae. As a result, the algal growth rate increased. Because of these syntrophic relations, growth of the marine alga D. bardawil was facilitated at Fe levels that would otherwise induce Fe deficienc...

a two years (2006–2007 and 2007-2008) experiment was conducted at national salinity research center, yazd, to evaluate salt-tolerant genotypes of brassica napus, b. rapa and b. juncea. to screen genotypes in the first growing season, 58 genotypes were grown under two irrigation water salinity levels of 2 and 12 ds m-1 in an augmented randomized complete block design with six replicated checks. ...
متن کاملEndophytic bacteria in the rice plant.
Endophytic bacteria are defined as bacteria detected inside surface-sterilized plants or extracted from inside plants and having no visibly harmful effects on the plants. Various kinds of endophytic bacteria, such as Pantoea, Methylobacterium, Azospirillum, Herbaspirillum, Burkholderia and Rhizobium etc., have been found inside rice plants. This minireview summarizes and discusses recent studie...
